In this project, our aim was to intervene strategically in the space in order to ensure an intelligent expansion in line with A&M's vision for its new office. Following the premise of reuse and intelligent interventions, the project includes the use of pre-existing furniture from the old office, designed to fit in with the proposed new layout.
The staircase between the two floors has ecological acoustic panels that reflect the company's identity and integrate different office spaces. The lounge, located on the lower floor, appears as a multi-purpose, customizable space, with adaptable partitions that transform the place. Elements such as phone booths and individual cabins were designed in quantities and locations appropriate to the work dynamics of the employees, providing private areas with better acoustics. In a complementary logic, the diversity of spaces also contemplates joint tasks through spaces with collaborative tables and seating areas.
The result is a spacious, customizable environment designed to inspire the company's employees, while reflecting the culture and current momentum of Alvarez & Marsal.
